Team building for a division struggling to perform as a unit.
SageRiver was charged with guiding team building and leadership development initiatives within the division. We conducted team assessments focused on clarifying the Team Competencies, Stage of Team Development, and status of the team with regard to “Five Dysfunctions of a Team.” These Assessments were used to ‘diagnose’ team strengths and challenges. Subsequently, developed a team building plan, individual coaching plans, and facilitated ongoing leadership sessions, including, training teams on best practices of high-performance teams.
