Following a leadership transition, a large dental health insurer asked SageRiver Consulting to developing a strategic plan to help mobilize the company and create alignment under a new leadership team.
SageRiver conducted key stakeholder interviews, and designed and facilitated the strategic and tactical planning process over seven annual cycles to ensure change would take hold. We facilitated the executive team in defining their strategic landscape, strategic initiatives and implementation plans.
