Managing the operations and performance of an international joint venture with a U.S. based energy company.
SageRiver assisted a Japanese trading company with over $180 billion in annual revenue, with the start-up of a Denver office. The office was charged with monitoring their position in a $250 million joint venture with a major U.S. mining company. Our project involved planning for the new business start-up, implementing strategic components of that plan, and developing Executive Level methods for monitoring the joint venture agreement including a robust Board reporting package and communications process.
