Understanding the barriers to enrollment in the state’s health insurance plan.
SageRiver designed and facilitated a marketing strategy development process with stakeholders who were poised to support and influence enrollment in the State’s Children’s Health Insurance Plan. As part of this strategy process we conducted focused market research with multi-ethnic groups gathering unique, clarifying information about community members who were eligible but not enrolling. This research helped our team identify communication strategies and capacity building needs for reaching the un-enrolled target audience along every phase of the consumer decision-making model. SageRiver presented the results of this initiative to numerous interested constituents, including the Health Committees of the state legislature.
