Starbucks’ leadership was interested in building a strong TEAM among 200 manager level employees, placing an emphasis on shared ownership of their vision, team communications, strong collaboration and appreciation of individual skills, and lastly – fun.
Co-designed a highly interactive session for 200 managers at a location on the West Coast. This session included a Motivational Key Note speech, adventure-style team experiences, and facilitated discussions to glean learnings from the team experiences.
Received the highest level of satisfaction rating from participant evaluations and our client sponsor indicated the team experiences influenced future interactions among the manager group.
