Before Intranets became commonplace, US WEST retained SageRiver Consulting to develop a corporate communications strategy for coordinating resources, projects and products across the corporation.
SageRiver developed the strategy and garnered executive buy-in for creating a Web-based communications tool to be used by more than 20,000 employees.
SageRiver defined and presented the strategy for a “Global Village” Intranet, which executives approved.
