Susan Heinzeroth founded SageRiver Consulting to serve as a catalyst for meaningful change in organizations and communities.

As lead strategist for SageRiver, Susan draws on more than 30 years of management consulting and leadership experience. She is known for “connecting the dots” to bring into focus opportunities and openings for strategic change. Clients credit her big-picture thinking and effective facilitation with moving them from analytics to action, from insight to implementation and from truth-telling to transformation.

Susan becomes a founding partner in Cornerstone Consulting and helps grow the firm from one to four international offices and more than $5 million in annual sales.
