Susan Heinzeroth founded SageRiver Consulting to serve as a catalyst for meaningful change in organizations and communities.

As lead strategist for SageRiver, Susan draws on more than 30 years of management consulting and leadership experience. She is known for “connecting the dots” to bring into focus opportunities and openings for strategic change. Clients credit her big-picture thinking and effective facilitation with moving them from analytics to action, from insight to implementation and from truth-telling to transformation.

Mitch Heinzeroth

With years of executive-level retail experience, Mitch knows how to bridge the gap between strategy and operations. Before joining SageRiver, he spent six years at Target Corp., leading teams for five years at the retailer’s top-performing store. There, he developed a passion for building teams and developing people and became one of Target’s experts on reverse logistics. In his fulfillment role, he also more than tripled store revenues from $3 million to $14 million in three years.
