Challenge

Arkla, Inc. is an integrated natural gas company with three primary business segments -- natural gas transmission, distribution and production and exploration. The company retained SageRiver Consulting to dramatically improve its management information systems.

Project

SageRiver developed the system requirements and conceptual design for a gas plant accounting system. The new system replaced an archaic system with limited capabilities.

Results

SageRiver successfully documented the system design and interface requirements for this module, and it was subsequently integrated with the overall gas processing information system.
