Brokers International, a privately held company, serves the nation’s premier agencies and their financial professionals through innovative marketing services and insurance and retirement products. The company tapped SageRiver Consulting to facilitate its strategy development and succession planning to support its long-term growth.
Project
SageRiver designed and conducted an organizational assessment clarifying Brokers International's platform for moving into the future. Through key stakeholder interviews, a brief comparative analysis and structural and financial reviews, SageRiver was able to paint Brokers' strategic landscape and illuminate future possibilities.
Results
In partnership with Brokers International's leaders and stakeholders, SageRiver developed a clear and detailed approach for ongoing strategic planning efforts, which included identifying top-priority focus areas and distinct competencies and technologies to leverage in their strategic management process.
