Challenge

Project
SageRiver collaborated with manufacturing's senior leadership team to design and conduct process redesign for an information management production line.
Results
When implemented, the new process resulted in a 60 percent improvement in cycle time and $600,000 annual cost savings, while also improving customer value via quicker response times and lower prices. SageRiver took care to transfer knowledge along the way, enabling the organization to continue process improvement and change management efforts.
