Challenge

Jackson retained SageRiver Consulting to develop new marketing and communication strategies. The goals were to recruit and retain talent into Jackson's sales network, support the launch of new products or methodologies and enhance sales in their distribution channels.

Project

To enable Jackson to achieve its aims, SageRiver conducted extensive market research that produced strategic insights into specific target markets, including women investors and Generation Y. SageRiver's research included focus groups, interviews, surveys, expert panel recruitment and literature reviews. SageRiver also produced creative practice management tools and methods, including custom video of industry or subject matter experts, as well as target market segment representatives.

Results

Jackson improved its sales and strengthened its relationships with sales distribution channel members via the innovative practice management tools that SageRiver developed.
