Medical Simulation Corp. is a global healthcare leader that offers consulting, online courseware and simulation training in areas such as sepsis and stroke. The corporation hired SageRiver Consulting to help transform the organization from a research-and-development-focused team to a firm recognized in the medical products marketplace.
Project
