Challenge
One of the nation's largest homebuilders, Pulte Homes wanted to increase cohesiveness by expanding the view of team within the organization. The company retained SageRiver Consulting to design a retreat to accomplish those objectives.
Project
SageRiver aligned the activities of the two-day program with the organization's team-building goals. SageRiver co-facilitated 100+ participants through workshop activities, providing a view of team through strengths-based and cross-functional lenses.
Results
We successfully delivered a retreat that hit major objectives 100% per participant evaluations, while encouraging fun and adventure during team initiatives.
