Sun Microsystems sought to remove barriers that were hindering its process re-engineering efforts. The corporation retained SageRiver Consulting to bring fresh insight and energy to its efforts.
Project
SageRiver designed and facilitated a workshop for Sun Microsystem's worldwide team of senior finance executives. The workshop highlighted aspects of the company culture that created major hurdles for implementing re-engineered business processes. In addition, the workshop explored the impact of their re-engineered business processes on supply chain relationships.
Results
The organization gained fresh insight into its environment and how to employ change management practices for maximum results.
