Challenge
Xcel Energy's "Voice of the Customer" Research Team comprised team members with diverse personalities, roles and responsibilities. The corporation retained SageRiver Consulting to build greater cohesion and shared ownership among team members.
Project
SageRiver began by investigating team strengths and challenges. SageRiver then designed and facilitated customized team-building sessions to foster understanding among team members, remove barriers to collaboration and improve team communications.
Results
Team performance and satisfaction ratings increased, and overall team morale improved dramatically.
