Xcel Energy selected SageRiver Consulting to align, engage and mobilize the Strategic Marketing Department through a strategic planning process.
Project
SageRiver's team collaborated with department leadership during a comprehensive approach to strategic planning. We led environmental scan, competitive assessment and organizational assessment activities with their team, establishing the landscape for our strategic discussions. SageRiver tailored and facilitated several strategy sessions for 30+ members of department leadership. Actionable strategic initiatives and accountabilities emerged during this planning effort.
Results
The initiative produced agreement, alignment and, most importantly, momentum toward the Strategic Marketing Department's new direction.
