The State of Texas hired SageRiver Consulting to help improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of its administrative services.
Project
As part of the Comptrollers’ Office streamlining strategy, SageRiver conducted a feasibility study to clarify the qualitative and quantitative aspects of outsourcing the Administrative Services function.
Results
Based on the feasibility study results, SageRiver produced a Request for Proposal to outsource Administrative Services, evaluated vendor responses and selected the winning Administrative Services vendor solution for implementation.
