Challenge
The Texas Association of Community Health Centers retained SageRiver Consulting to develop and deliver compelling, interactive leadership development workshops for executive teams from its 70+ community health center members.
Project
SageRiver designed and co-facilitated a leadership development workshop on employee engagement for 40+ executives from multiple community health centers. The interactive sessions enabled participants to:
- Understand what employee engagement means and what it looks like
- Implement a model for calculating the cost of employee disengagement
- Leverage each center's employee engagement survey results to develop customized plans for creating a highly engaged workforce
Results
Following the workshop, community health center leaders were able to develop and implement strategies for improving employee engagement levels.
