Leadership Development and Custom Facilitation

Challenge

The Texas Association of Community Health Centers retained SageRiver Consulting to develop and deliver compelling,  interactive leadership development workshops for executive teams from its 70+ community health center members.

Project

SageRiver designed and co-facilitated a leadership development workshop on employee engagement for 40+ executives from multiple community health centers. The interactive sessions enabled participants to:
  • Understand what employee engagement means and what it looks like
  • Implement a model for calculating the cost of employee disengagement
  • Leverage each center's employee engagement survey results to develop customized plans for creating a highly engaged workforce


Results

Following the workshop,  community health center leaders were able to develop and implement strategies for improving employee engagement levels.
