Challenge

Xcel Energy retained SageRiver Consulting to partner with a cross-functional leadership team to develop a fresh and customer-focused service strategy for the corporation.

Project

SageRiver began by completing an environmental scan and competitive assessment. Based on the results, SageRiver  crafted and facilitated several service strategy sessions with Xcel Energy leaders. SageRiver worked collaboratively with them to define their strategic initiatives and develop action plans for implementation.

Results

The initiative helped build cross-functional ownership of a new service strategy for the corporation and provided an  actionable strategic plan to guide their work.
